Why did you make a cry from beyond?

In my day daydreams/ meditations, I often have shocking visions this one I choose to recreate because when your mind shows you an image this powerful. I have to explore it.

What does A cry from beyond represent?

It represents a part of my mind/ spirit that feels trapped between reality and the world inside my mind.

What inspired A cry from beyond?

My need to express myself with the world drove the creation of this artwork. In creating this shocking vision that haunted me, it gave me a level of control over it. I felt there would be an appeal to making an artwork that represented conquering a personal demon.

How did you make A cry from beyond?

This work is a digital painting. I keep the program I use as a trade secret. The mechanics of it are I use my fingers on a touchpad to create the work.
